The TRS 80 Model 1 was announced in 1977. It came with 4K of memory and sold for $600.
The TRS 80 Model II (shown here) was released later.
The TRS 80 was sometimes called the "Trash 80" by early computer users.
It was an early computer marketed by Radio Shack stores, part of the Tandy Company. Tandy Company changed its name to "Radio Shack" in 2000.
